Improper turn signal usage, i.e. those that don't use them at all, those that don't use them to signal lane changes, those that leave them on after they turn or those that turn them on at the last minute, all of which create dangerous situations for other drivers. (It's about a quarter city block before the turn folks. If you live in the country and are making a turn, estimate that.)
