RB'S QUESTION OF THE DAY: August 15, 2012: Today is Julia Child’s birthday. Did you ever watch any of her cooking shows? Do you have any of her cook books?? Have you ever made any of her dishes??? Which one(s)????

Yes to all three. I always enjoyed watching her very much because she was a very talented, yet very humble woman. One thing I remember making from her cookbook "The French Chef" was Steak Au Pouve. It was very good. I've also made variations of her Crepes Suzette which is such an easy and tasty, yet elegant dessert.
