When I'm shopping, it's people who push their cart right down the middle of an aisle, instead of to one side or the other.
In the checkout lines, it's those people who dig for coins when there's a long line of people waiting to checkout behind them, but equally annoying to me is the ones who won't hang up their cell phone to transact their purchase, but try to do so while still yakking, often leading to confusion, misunderstandings and things that need to be repeated to them cause they didn't hear it all the first time due to their yakking on the danged phone.
