I'd say ~some~. I have Pothos all over the house, all started from two little cuttings. I have a a 3' Snake Plant (Mother-in-Law's Tongue) that I've had for years that is blooming for the first time, a 4' Schefflera that I've also had for several years and I have several multi-colored Thanksgiving/Christmas cactus that I planted all in one pot to achieve the various colors. I started all these from 4" pots, and they're now huge and do fine, but anything else is iffy. For instance, I have absolutely no luck with African Violets, although I'd love to have them.
