What’s the scariest Halloween costume you’ve ever seen someone else wear??
One of the funniest, in my opinion, was a girl at a Halloween party I attended in Atlanta many years ago who dressed in a white garbage bag with all kinds of white rubbish taped to it (tissues, toilet paper, female personal items, white candy wrappers, etc.), and she called it "White Trash." The scariest was that darned old hobo mask our dad use to wear when we were little. Eeeek!!!
