The first home our parents owned on 33rd Street was a dirt road when we moved there; it certainly isn't now as it's quite citified. Then when we moved to Bargain Road when I was about 10, it was little more than a one-lane, two-rut cow track with a few wide spots here and there to pull over if you met another vehicle coming on; it's not citified now, but it is a two-lane paved country road. The road I live on now is a two-lane dirt road that washes out down the hill when it rains hard, but it's quiet and peaceful, and I love it here.
