What’s the first thing YOU generally notice about a person??

In my opinion, it's a smile. A smile on even the dirtiest face is a wonderful thing for those who see it. That's why I try to smile all the time and at everyone - especially at work where because of busyness, people are so busy, customers sadly often get treated like an item on an assembly line.
