Do you buy fireworks to enjoy, do you usually go to a gathering place to watch them - or none of the above?

I don't much like crowds, but I do like to go to a vantage point to watch them because I've always loved fireworks. But unfortunately, with the days and hours Tom and I work, we are rarely both off so we can do so.
