I have two actually, concerning pork chops. Instead of buying pork chops, we wait until full pork loins go on sale and buy that, then cut it into chops. It's tasty and juicy, and costs almost half of pork chops. We take each chop, put it into a cheap sandwich bag, then put all the sandwich bags into a freezer bag and chuck it in the freezer. Then whether we have 2 or 20 to feed, we can take out just the right amount, and because they're individually wrapped, they thaw in no time.
