I would somehow change the psyche of humans so that it would be impossible for them to deliberately hurt anyone or anything in anger. It would be my hope that it would end wars and make the world a better place because it would end abuse - child abuse, elderly abuse, disabled abuse, spousal abuse, animal abuse, even stranger abuse and nature abuse.
