How much would you say you appreciate life, not just the fact that it is better than being dead, but actually joyfully LIVING life?

I would say I appreciate it the majority of the time. I find joy in little things actually, butterflies, flowers, cats, dogs, even the writing spiders that grace our porches in the summertime.
