RB'S QUESTION OF THE DAY: November 26, 2011: Would you say you know the difference between a need, a want and a desire? What is it??

Would you say you know the difference between a need, a want and a desire?
What is it??

I believe so.

A need is something that sustains life in a decent and orderly fashion; a want is something outside that realm that might make things nicer, and a desire is something that fulfills a dream.

According to Phillippians 4:19 of The Bible, I believe a need is something I don't have to have any concerns about as I live according to God's Word ("But God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."). I believe a want is something I have to work for and a desire is something I have to save for.

How about you?

With love.

God bless.
