What is your favorite meal to crock pot or slow cook in the oven?

A roast beef.

Season with salt and pepper, cover bottom of roast pan with sliced onions, sliced garlic cloves and about 2 cups of beef broth.

Then roast in the oven in a covered roast pan at about 300 degrees for several hours until tender. Removing the lid from the roaster during the last half hour to let brown so the flavor of the meat and gravy will be rich and robust.

I like to serve it with mashed potatoes, canned peas and a Yorkshire Pudding. Yum!
