I remember having a little rubber doll that I loved so much, I loved all the color off of her hair and eyes, and our aunt repainted them for me, but the one I cherished most was a dark blue vinyl elephant that I got from our Uncle Louie before he died. There are pictures somewhere of my in crawling-stage with that elephant, and I remember I had it up until I was about 12 or so. Then I can't remember what happened to it after that.
