Probably the most unusual was a peacock named PC who just showed up at a farm we use to live at and a crested duck named Dixxie that I rescued from the neighbor of a friend whose graduation party I attended. (She was trying to keep the baby duck in a house with two German Shepherds and a Rottweiler, and thought they'd all get along. Duh!) They were both great pets and followed me around like puppies, plus they were great friends with each other and with our cats.
