RB'S QUESTION OF THE DAY: December 7, 2012: Do you remember ever hearing about the attack on Pearl Harbor as a child or teenager? If so, what did you hear?? Do you think we’ll ever see anything like the courageous valiant generation that rose up to meet a challenge like that again, should one arise???

I don't remember it being taught in school, but I do remember the news channels on tv would replay FDR's speech about "a day that will live in infamy" in its entirety while showing film of the attack. I wish modern-day news stations still did that. It was quite impactful and taught that we should always be watchful because we are always somewhat vulnerable.

Should something like that happen again, and we certainly saw it in the US on 9/11/2001, I believe with the evil that is growing day-by-day in this modern-day world, I surely hope there will be enough courageous valiant men and women able and willing to stand up and meet it.

How about you?

With love.

God bless.
