How about sharing one tip for recycling something; it doesn’t have to be HUGE in scope - every little bit counts.

What do you do with "orphan" socks or even gloves that have lost their mates? I put them in the trunk of my car, and when it's time to check the oil, I slip one over my hand like a glove, do the job, and then toss it away. It's neat and clean, and it's recycling something that would otherwise just be tossed away.
What's your tip?
