A little dutch girl. Back in the late 40s early 50s many women had a kissing dutch boy & girl as salt and pepper shakers, knicknacks, lawn ornaments, etc., and our mom was no different. She loved them and dressed me as one when I was very small. Where she got the costume, I have no idea. I even remember the little hat.
