Since our Dad passed a few years ago, it's a time for me to remember the good times. For some reason when I thought of this a moment ago, I remembered the time when The Beatles first appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show. We older girls were all huddled around the tv to watch. They came on singing "She Loves You" and our Dad came out of the bathroom, with his hair (what little of it he had) combed over his face, playing an air guitar and singing, "You Ain't Nothin' But A Hound Dog" (just that one line over and over cause he didn't know the rest of the words). Geez, he didn't even get the right song with the right artist, but we laughed and laughed. That was pretty funny there, and was a little unusual for our Dad, cause he usually didn't notice things we "girls" were interested in like that too often!!!
