The school denies it happened, but they did send a bill to the parent for the lunch.
What would you do?
What do you think the school should have done??
What if the child were allergic to something the school gave them???
*And yes, this happened…

**And here’s a record of a second similar incident with a second child at the same school even though the school and DSS deny it occurred as well, yet the parent, again, has a bill from the school for the lunch…

Before commenting, please read the stories to see what was food actually packed in the lunches and what food the school replaced those home-packed lunches with.
Personally, if it were me, I'd raise a ruckus like the school, the school board and DSS had never heard before, because they have no business in a lunch a parent packed and because they don't know my child's allergies and health concerns like I do.
I'd get all of my state and federal legislators involved as well as all the news channels, and I'd get an attorney, so they'd never ever ever do that to any child again. Can you imagine an elementary child being told their home-packed lunch isn't good enough? Possibly in front of others??
Replacing my home packed lunch with what they replaced it with is disgusting, and sending a bill for their junk food would send me over the edge.
How about you?
With love.
God bless.
