We have a small artificial tree for two reasons really.
1. Because there's just the two of us and our house is small, so we have to put it on top of the entertainment center and a small one works best there, and
2. Because it seems hypocritical to us to be complaining about the chopping down of forests, especially rain forests, across the world as mankind encroaches on wildlife areas, only to chop down trees for what is really a one-day event here. I'd rather leave the trees for habitat for wildlife.
