That's very hard to answer because there are so many that are beautiful, but if I had to pick just one, I would pick the Weeping Willow I think, because I love the lesson they teach in bending with every breeze that moves them, rarely breaking or getting uprooted under pressure, and I love the living animation they bring to a setting in doing so.
